Zandvoort raceweek guide 2026
A practical starting point for the 21–23 August Dutch Grand Prix weekend: how the three days differ, how to reach the circuit and how to plan the coast and Amsterdam after the sessions.
The raceweek structure
- Friday 21 August: Practice and Sprint Qualifying.
- Saturday 22 August: Sprint and Grand Prix Qualifying.
- Sunday 23 August: The final Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.
Session times and access arrangements can change. Check the official Formula 1 schedule and Dutch GP guidance before travelling.
Getting to Circuit Zandvoort
The organiser expects heavy demand and restricts event traffic around Zandvoort. Train, official shuttle, bus and Park + Bike options should be checked and booked through the organiser's current transport guidance. Do not assume general car access into the event area.

Coast first, Amsterdam when it fits
Zandvoort's beach, town centre and circuit form a compact daytime route. Amsterdam remains a practical accommodation and after-hours base, but the return journey and each venue's raceweek opening hours must be checked before setting out.
Venue listings
Chasing Sundays separates source-backed directory places from paid venue listings. A complete Standard listing is published only after the owner passes the automatic profile and location checks and a signed Stripe webhook verifies the exact selected amount and currency.
