How Chasing Sundays works for raceweek guests

1. Pick the raceweek

   Use location only if you choose, or select a raceweek city manually. Your explicit choice is never replaced in the background.

2. See tonight clearly

   The map separates approved event inventory from listed places and removes ended events from Tonight as the night moves on.

3. Decide with context

   Open a profile, save a venue and continue through the named provider when a booking or payment happens elsewhere. A listing never guarantees entry.

How Chasing Sundays works for venues and operators

1. Start with a free fit check

   Tell the founding team about the venue, city and outcome you want. Applying takes no payment and publishes nothing.

2. Build a private draft

   Approved teams can add their profile, programme and external routes in a private workspace. Chasing Sundays reviews the listing before publication.

3. Choose visibility deliberately

   Bronze, Silver and Gold cover one venue for 12 months. Final currency and invoice are confirmed before activation; renewals and plan changes are not automatic.

The Chasing Sundays trust standard

1. Confirmed means confirmed

   Concept events stay labelled as concepts. Times, artists, prices and availability are not presented as live until the source is ready.

2. Reviewed before visible

   Approved places are checked before they appear. Paying for a package never buys automatic approval or publication.

3. Choice stays with you

   Location and marketing are optional. Guests can manage preferences and account deletion; businesses can request listing or account changes.

4. External means external

   When another provider handles a booking or payment, that provider controls the transaction, availability, cancellation and refund terms.

A note from Sam, Andy and Luke

We are building Chasing Sundays around a simple idea: people already travelling for raceweek deserve a clearer, more trustworthy way to decide where the night goes next. The businesses that make those nights possible deserve a direct route to that audience without giving up control of their profile, programme or booking route.

That means saying what is confirmed, what is still a concept and when another provider is responsible. It also means listening closely while the product grows.
